We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occur 24 hours or more before the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to the client. The first time a cancellation is made within the 24hr period prior to the time of the booked appointment, the client will be given the opportunity to re-book (with no financial penalty applied). Any subsequent cancellations by/for the same client that occur within the 24 hour period will result in a cancelled booking fee being applied to your next appointment (20% of your appointment).

We understand we all run late from time to time. On any such occasion, out of respect to clients following your appointment and desire to run on time for all appointments, we may not be able to guarantee your full appointment time and service. If such the case, we can offer a lesser service to be completed in the remaining time, or the treatment will need to be re-booked (with a 20% deposit). Clients will still be charged full price, if there is enough time remaining to complete the service.
Should the unfortunate occasion occur that you do not arrive for your confirmed appointment and no notice was received, you will be requested to pay a deposit (20% off appointment value) when re-booking. Clients will also forfeit their deposit for their appointment (if applicable). Clients who continuously no show will not have priority for services and availability with stylists and therapists in the future.
If you are coming to Beauty Collective for a corrective colour service (a substantial colour change), there are a few important factors we like you to be aware of.
Please bring photos with you, we love to have a goal to work towards. We will always provide you with beautiful hair, it may not be the exact result that you are looking for straight away but enjoy the stages of your colour journey.
At BC Beauty Collective we are responsible for providing professional and highly trained specialists during your appointment time. Therefore a deposit may be requested for longer services to secure your appointment. A deposit may also be requested if it comes to our attention that clients continuously do not confirm appointments, show up on time, or reschedule within the 24hr time period. They be be required to pay a deposit of 20% when booking. This appointment deposit is deducted from your final bill at the completion of your service, but will be forfeited if client does not show up for their service.
